Our family would like to thank everyone at Capitol Care Center for the excellent care my husband Larry received from the Lynn Gannar Therapy Center at Capitol Care. Their patience and knowledge and caring helped him on his road to recovery. He is now home and doing well. We also would like to thank the office staff for their help in answering our questions and working with us.
The nurses and nurse's aides made our family feel so special. The maintenance staff was also very caring. They would always ask about Larry's progress every day.
Again, thank you all to everybody at Capitol Care Center for your kindness and caring.
God Bless You All,
Doris, Larry, & Family
I have enjoyed working at Capitol Care Center. I believe that the residents are treated very well. I have found that the facility is clean and neat. The residents always seem to be happy. None of themn ever complain.
I thought you would be interested in a report from the Infectious Diseases Society of America. Last year they published clinical practice guidelines for the evaluation of fever and infection in older adult residents at long-term facilities. I believe that Capitol Care Center has lived up to the recommendations, often, in fact, even more so. Your ability to provide intravenous therapy adds another dimension to the treatment.
I hope that you and your patients remain well.
Sincerely,
Donald R. Graham, M.D., F.A.C.P.

"A big “Thank You!” to Capitol Care Center for the flowers sent to our family after the loss of our brother. We want to than you for the care provided him while a resident there during these difficult last days. And Jennifer, thank you, for all the assistance you gave us providing such a smooth transition to your center during a very difficult time. May God bless each of you for the comfort, kindness, and caring that you provide each day to those around you. Your help in the time of our need was a great comfort to us."
Your kindness is greatly appreciated!

"I am writing this letter to give praise to one of you nurses on the second floor. My dad has been in your nursing facility since November. I have spoken with Liz on several occasions regarding scheduling appointments for my father and to get general updates on how he is doing.
Liz has always been very professional, helpful and seems to genuinely care about my dad’s condition. She has always been kind and pleasant to speak with.
I just felt it necessary to write you this letter to let you know that Liz’s hard work is greatly appreciated. Her kindness to me on the phone shows me that she cares about her patients at the nursing facility."
Sincerely,
Chris
"My many thank you’s to all of you who spent many hours with my mother for the care, conversations, the smiles and the goodness of your hearts that made my mother feel safe and secure. And most of all, I never had any doubt, or sleepless nights, knowing my mother, my precious mother was surrounded with professional 2nd floor nursing staff who gave her outstanding quality care.
Her surroundings were bright and comforting. When my mother did venture out of her room, whoever crossed her path never failed to say “Hello!” or “How are you doing?”
Every one of you in any department never ignored her presence, and that alone settles deep in my heart."
God Bless You All,
Deanna
